The first picture at the top.....

we have clocked an apparition of what looks like a young boy in red with a dark cloth like scarf around his neck.

here it is highlighted

I see him as well, tried cleaning it up a bit but its a really faint image.

He has no feet that I can see its like its feet are under the floor. Is the floor the original floor of the building?

its turned out to be a young girl with a head scarf on. we are not sure if it is the original floor as no-one from the museum stayed with us during the invest so we couldnt get validation on the place but the medium feels the place was very different and its not the same in details. so it may very well not be the original flooring (its all bricks).
